Schedules in the Bond Home application
Starting in Bond Home application version 2.24.0 you have the ability to set schedules for Bond controlled devices with the exception of devices with a serial number that starts with the letter A or B. The instructions below show information for creating from within the Bond device (fan), in settings, in Groups along with information for editing an existing schedule.
Setting a Schedule from a Device
- In the Bond Home application select a device you want to set a schedule for.
- Select the Calendar icon from the opened device.
- Select Add schedule.
- Choose When to activate it followed by the back arrow to return to the schedule options.
*** Important Note***
- Dawn is when light first appears in the morning before sunrise.
- Dusk is when darkness falls in the evening after sunset. - What you want done followed by the back arrow to return to the schedule options.
- Letter A is for fan devices on a Bond Bridge or Bond Bridge Pro that only have a single dim button.
- Letter B is for fan devices on a Bond Bridge, Bond Bridge Pro, and SBB devices that have dim up and down buttons or a slider for light intensity. You will need to set a brightness level to turn the light on.
- How you want it to Repeat followed by the back arrow to return to the schedule options.
- Choose When to activate it followed by the back arrow to return to the schedule options.
- If this is the first time setting up a schedule in the Bond Home application you will need to set up a Location and Timezone.
- If the timezone selected and the phone/ tablet timezone are
the same, "Use Phone's Timezone" will be displayed. - Please note that the location information also controls which WiFi channels the Bond uses to connect with and which radio frequencies the Bond can transmit on.
- USA is restricted to WiFi channels 1-11 and has a RF range of 300-450MHZ.
- Other countries may differ from the USA for WiFi channels and the supported RF frequencies. If you try to program a remote outside of the location supported frequency range, the Bond Home application will display a message .
- If the timezone selected and the phone/ tablet timezone are
- Select Timezone and choose the location that matches where your Bond is located followed by the back arrow.
- Select location by selecting Yes.
- If you need to change the timezone or location in the future, please select the Bond device, select Advanced settings, select Time & Location to make the change.
- Select Save to complete the setup.
Creating from a Group
- In the Bond Home application select Groups .
- Select the Calendar icon from the Group you want to set a schedule for.
- Select Add schedule.
- Choose When to activate it followed by the back arrow to return to the schedule options.

- From the Bond Home Dashboard, select Scenes.
- Select a scene to add or modify an existing schedule.
- Select + Add a schedule.
- Tap on When.
- Choose when you want the action to happen.
- If using at a specific time, enter the time making sure to select Am or PM.
- Tap on the back arrow at the top left.
- Tap on Repeat and choose how often you want it to repeat.
- Tap on the back arrow at the top left.
- If you have not already set the the timezone, tap on timezone to set it.
- Tap on Save to complete the schedule
Setting a Schedule from the Bond Home application Schedule (calendar) icon
- Select Schedules.
- You will see all of your currently programmed schedules that are displayed in Scenes, Groups, and Devices order.
- You also have the ability to modify or "Remove" any existing schedule.
- Select + to add a schedule

- Choose from the displayed items to set a schedule.

Editing an Existing Schedule
You have the ability to modify or "Remove" an existing schedule when you select IT through the device (Fan) or selecting Schedules icon on the bottom of the Bond Home application, or selecting the schedule icon from the group to be modified.
- Select the schedule to modify
- Make modifications to the When, What and Repeat selections as necessary and select Save to enter your changes.
- If you wish to delete, select Remove schedule and select Remove to confirm deletion.
