(APP) Not able to use QR code during setup

Using QR code scanning requires camera permission in both the Android and iOS version of the Bond Home application.  If you get a warning message or there is no image being displayed from the phone camera when selecting QR, please check camera permissions.

Checking camera permissions in Android

  1. Select settings.
  2. Select Apps.
  3. Locate the Bond application and select it.
  4. Select permissions.
  5. Move Camera to allowed.

Checking camera permission in iOS

  1. Select settings.
  2. Scroll through the settings list to Bond.
  3. Turn camera on.
