Using QR code scanning requires camera permission in both the Android and iOS version of the Bond Home application. If you get a warning message or there is no image being displayed from the phone camera when selecting QR, please check camera permissions.
Checking camera permissions in Android
- Select settings.
- Select Apps.
- locate the Bond application and select it..
- Select permissions.
- Move Camera to allowed.
Checking camera permission in iOS
- Select settings.
- Scroll through the settings list to Bond.
- Turn camera on.
