Understanding LED Status & Blink Codes

The Infratech controllers feature a single white "Guide LED" located on the right side of the unit.

Because it is a single-color LED, it uses specific blink patterns to communicate connectivity status and errors.

Normal Operation

• Solid On: Device is connected to the Cloud/Backend and the Heater is ON.

• Solid Off: Device is connected to the Cloud/Backend and the Heater is OFF.

Error / Debugging Codes

• Short Blink (Every 10 seconds):

  • This indicates the device is connected to Wi-Fi but has No Internet Access OR is not added to a Bond account.

  • Visual: If the heater is On, the light stays On but briefly blinks Off every 10s. If the heater is Off, the light stays Off but briefly blinks On every 10s.

Setup & Reset Modes

These modes are activated by holding the middle button (Dimmer) or the single button (Switch).

Action	Button Hold Time	LED Behavior	Result
Wi-Fi Setup	Hold ~5 Seconds	Slow Blink --> Solid ON	Release button while Solid. The device enters Wi-Fi Config mode.
Factory Reset	Hold ~15 Seconds	Solid ON --> Fast Blink	Release button while Blinking. Wipes all user data (schedules, names, network).
