Bluetooth & Bridge Pro Troubleshooting

Purpose / Overview:
Resolve common Bluetooth or Bridge Pro integration issues.

Steps:

  1. Move Mate closer to your mobile device or Bridge Pro.

  2. Hold the top button 5–6 seconds to force fast discovery.

  3. Ensure Bridge Pro is powered and online.

  4. Verify channel assignment in the Bond app.

Notes / Tips:

  • Interference can reduce Bluetooth range.

  • Q: App cannot detect Mate?
    A: Restart app and device, repeat discovery.
