Mate Pro - using Bond Bridge Pro with to Control Unsupported Devices

Purpose / Overview

This guide explains how to use Bridge Pro in Relay Mode to control devices that are not directly supported by Mate Pro, including Zigbee, 350 MHz, and other unsupported technologies.


Steps

  1. Pair Mate Pro Channel to Bridge Pro

    • Open the Bond Home app or use manual pairing.

    • Assign the Mate Pro channel you want to use for controlling the unsupported device.

  2. Link Target Device to Bridge Pro

    • Make sure the unsupported device is paired with Bridge Pro according to its protocol (Zigbee, 350 MHz, etc.).

  3. Send Commands via Mate Pro

    • Press the corresponding Mate Pro channel.

    • Bridge Pro relays the command to the unsupported device.

  4. Test Device Response

    • Confirm the device responds correctly to each command.

    • Adjust channel mapping if needed for proper operation.
