Integration Information - Bond Home application

Starting in Bond Home application version 2.18.0, you have the ability to see the connected integrations plus go to trouble shooting documents for each of the supported integrations.

Integration Troubleshooting Help

  1. From The Bond Home main application screen select settings Setting_icon.jpg.
  2. Select Manage Integrations
  3. Select Troubleshooting.
  4. You will be directed to a knowledge article that will let you choose the integration you would like help with.

Enabled Integrations

Android

  1. From The Bond Home main application screen select settings Setting_icon.jpg.
  2. Select Manage Integrations
  3. All of the currently supported integrations are displayed. 
    1. Those you have enabled and are using will have Enabled under the integration.
    2. Those not integrated will have Disabled displayed under the integration.
    3. If you select Alexa as in the example image below, you are directed within the Bond Home application to the Alexa Skill with the ability to open the Alexa application.
    4. If you select a disabled integration as illustrated by Google Assistant in the image below, you can setup the integration.

iOS

  1. From The Bond Home main application screen select settings Setting_icon.jpg.
  2. Select Manage Integrations

    2. Those not integrated will have Disabled displayed under the integration.
    3. If you select Alexa as in the example image below, you are directed within the Bond Home application to the Alexa Skill with the ability to open the Alexa application.
    4. If you select a disabled integration as illustrated by Google Assistant in the image below, you can setup the integration.

***Note***

Selecting SmartThings even if the integration is enabled will only take you to the SmartThings site allowing you to download the SmartThings application.  There is no access to the SmartThings application like Alexa and Google.  This is a restriction on the SmartThings side.
