(App) Changing Password using the Bond Home application

Starting with Bond Home application version 2.15 released on October 30, 2019, users now have the ability to change the Bond account password through the application.

Android

  1. From the Bond Home application main screen, select the Settings icon located to the bottom right of the application.
  2. Select Account Info.
  3. From the option menu at the top right, select Change Password.
  4. Type in your current password, the New password and confirmation of the New password.
  5. Select CHANGE PASSWORD.

iOS

  1. From the Bond Home application main screen, select the Settings icon located at the bottom-right corner of the application.
  2. Select Account Info.
  3. From the option menu at the top right (...), select Change Password.
  4. Type in your current password, the New password and confirmation of the New password.
  5. Select Change Password.

 

***Note***

If you forgot your password you will need to log out of the application by selecting that option in Account Info and Selecting Forgot Password in the application login screen.
