(APP) Delete account

If you want to delete your Bond account, please follow the steps below when using the iOS version of the application.  If you are using the Bond Home application on an Android device, you will need to reach out to customerservice@olibra.io for help.

Steps to Delete Account

  1. Open the Bond Home application on your iOS device.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Account Info.
  4. Choose the options menu at the top right.
  5. Select Delete Account.
  6. Enter the password associated with your account.
  7. Select Delete Account.
    1. Once you select Delete Account, there is no way to reverse this action.

What's removed / deleted

  • The account on our accounts database
  • Bonds stored on backend
  • Integrations information
  • User device information
