(SBB) Where is the pin

If the application asks for a pin during setup, you must enter it to proceed. This occurs when the fan has been running for a long time without being configured in Bond Home.

There are a few ways to bypass the pin requirement.

  1. Press and hold Power or Stop for 6 seconds on the fan's remote control.
  2. Power off the fan using the wall switch or circuit breaker for one minute and then power it back on again.  Start setup again.
  3. The pin must be entered into the Bond Home application. It is on the receiver unit in the canopy of the fan.
