If the application asks for a pin during setup, you must enter it to proceed. This occurs when the fan has been running for a long time without being configured in Bond Home.
There are a few ways to bypass the pin requirement.
- Press and hold Power or Stop for 6 seconds on the fan's remote control.
- Power off the fan using the wall switch or circuit breaker for one minute and then power it back on again. Start setup again.
- The pin must be entered into the Bond Home application. It is on the receiver unit in the canopy of the fan.
