Your SBB serial number will show up as a Wifi network when you are setting it up, or have done the WiFi reset. If you are not setting up your SBB device or activated the WiFi reset you should not see it in the list of WiFi networks.
Please power the SBB off by removing power at the wall switch or circuit breaker. Restore power and make sure to not press any keys on the associated remote for 60 seconds. Confirm that the Bond is not listed as a WiFi network.
If your Bond serial number is still showing up as a Wifi network, please reach out to customer service through the application in the settings menu or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
