(SBB) Managing Light and Dimmer using the Bond Home application

Starting in the 2.17 version of the Bond Home application, you can control the number of lights or turn off the ability to dim the lights of your Smart By Bond ceiling fan or smart ceiling fan remote kit.

Controlling Up and Down Lights

1. In the Bond Home application, select your SBB device.
2. Select Settings at the top right of the application.
3. Select Advanced.
4. Select Manage Light & Dimmer.
   
5. If your ceiling fan or remote kit has capability for 2 lights you will see the option for Enable separate up-Light.
   1. If the slider is to the right (on), both lights are available in the Bond Home application.
      
   2. If the slider is to the left (off), only the Down light will be controlled through the Bond Home application.
      

Enable or Disable Light

1. In the Bond Home application, select your SBB device.
2. Select Settings at the top right of the application.
3. Select Manage Light & Dimmer.
4. Select Enable light and with the slider to the left (off), no lights are available in the Bond Home application.
   

Enable or Disable Dimming

1. In the Bond Home application, select your SBB device.
2. Select Settings at the top right of the application.
3. Select Manage Light & Dimmer.
4. If the slider is to the right (on) you have the ability to adjust the ceiling fan light brightness
   
5. If the slider is to the left (off) you only have the ability to turn lights on and off.  In the example image below, the Up light is on and the Down light is off.
