We had a brief problem with our server on (12/28/2018) that may have caused an issue with Alexa or Google Home / Assistant controlling your BOND. You may have received a message from the integration (Alexa, Google) indicating the BOND device is unresponsive.
If you are having an issue with Alexa and Google controlling your BOND devices, please power the BOND unit off and on using the USB cable to remove and restore power. Once the BOND center ring is solid blue, wait about two minutes and ask Alexa to discover devices or Google to sync devices.
