(Sidekick) No led when a key is pressed or all leds flicker when pressed

A few Sidekick shade and Scene keypad users have reported that the LED light does not turn on when pressing a key. In addition, all LED lights may briefly flash.  We have discovered a possible issue with the battery's placement.  You should be able to resolve the issue by following the steps below.

1. Make sure the battery is removed by opening the Sidekick and removing it.

   
   
2. By pressing forward on points A and B with the tool from step 1 above, the battery holding pad will be pushed down which will make sure both the positive and negative contacts are touching the battery.
   
3. Re-insert the battery all the way to the back end of the battery holder and place the battery cover on.

Now, the Keypad should function correctly.  Contact our customer service team at [e-mail] if the keypad fails to respond to a keypress with the appropriate led lighting up after following this procedure.
